ILIOS BAKED FETA PASTA
This recipe went viral on TikTok recently and it's easy to see why. Using ILIOS feta and organic pasta, we made this super simple and delicious dish in a few easy steps:
Ingredients:
1 block of ILIOS feta cheese
1 - 1 1/2 cups of halved (or quartered) cherry tomatoes
2 cloves of garlic (minced)
1 onion (diced)
Herbs (rosemary, thyme, oregano, parsley, basil) to taste
2 cups of cooked ILIOS pasta
2 tbsp. of reserved pasta water
Recipe:
Add your cherry tomatoes, garlic, onion, herbs and feta to a baking dish and bake at 400° for 30-40 minutes (until the feta is golden brown).
Add pre-cooked pasta and a bit of pasta water to the dish and mix everything together.

CREAMY ILIOS FETA DIP
This dip is the PERFECT pairing with fresh chopped veggies to enjoy on a hot summer night! Our mouth is watering just thinking about it!
Ingredients:
1 block of ILIOS feta cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ILIOS mayonnaise
Zest from 1 lemon
1 garlic clove (chopped)
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp ILIOS extra virgin olive oil
Recipe:
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
Transfer to a serving bowl and drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
ILIOS WATERMELON FETA SALAD
If you have not yet tried watermelon paired with feta cheese, do yourself a favour and DO IT! The contrast between salty and sweet and the mix of soft and crunchy textures is simply divine! This is must-have salad when the summer heat is getting to you and you need to freshen up!
Ingredients:
1/4 cup ILIOS extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. kosher salt
3 cups seedless watermelon (cubed)
1 cup cucumber (chopped)
1 cup ILIOS feta (crumbled)
1/2 cup red onion (diced or thinly sliced)
1/2 cup mint (chopped)
Recipe:
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, and salt.
In a large serving bowl, combine watermelon, cucumber, feta, red onion, and mint. Pour in the dressing, toss to combine.
Garnish with more mint
