STAY HYDRATED!

It is soooo important to stay hydrated when it is hot out! With temperatures often reaching above 30°C, water is your best friend during the summer.

Not everyone is overly enthusiastic about the taste, or lack thereof, of plain ol' water. That is where infused water comes in! Jazz up the taste of your water this summer with some great fruit and herb infusions.
